Couples Therapy
Specialized Support for Connection, Repair, and Growth
Couples counseling is at the heart of what we do at Constellation Therapy Seattle. Whether you're feeling distant, stuck in painful cycles, or navigating the aftermath of broken trust, we help couples rebuild connection, strengthen emotional intimacy, and communicate more effectively.
Our work is especially focused on helping couples heal from betrayal trauma, including infidelity, secrecy, and breaches of trust. These experiences can shake the foundation of a relationship, but with the right support, repair is possible. Using emotionally focused and attachment-based approaches, we create a structured, supportive space where both partners can process pain, rebuild safety, and move toward deeper understanding and connection.
Areas of Focus Include:
Communication breakdowns and recurring conflict
Emotional disconnection and intimacy struggles
Life transitions (parenting, career shifts, relocation, etc.)
Infidelity and rebuilding trust
Pre-marital and commitment readiness counseling
Whether you're just beginning your relationship or have been together for decades, we provide the guidance and support to help you move forward—together.
