Group Therapy

Group therapy provides a unique opportunity to connect with others who share similar experiences, offering validation, support, and a sense of community. It allows participants to learn from diverse perspectives, practice interpersonal skills, and gain insights they may not find in individual therapy. Moderated by our skilled therapists, group therapy fosters a safe and collaborative environment where members can explore challenges, develop coping strategies, and build resilience together.

Each session blends psychoeducation, reflection, and skills practice in a warm, affirming environment.

Over the course of four 90-minute sessions, we’ll explore types of boundaries, how culture and family history shape our relational patterns, and how to manage guilt or pushback when setting limits. This group is ideal for individuals and couples ready to reclaim their time, energy, and voice in relationships—no prior therapy experience needed.
