Safe Harbor
OCD Therapy Group
Safe Harbor OCD Group Therapy is a structured, supportive OCD group for adults in Washington State seeking effective, research-based treatment for obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD). OCD can feel disorienting, isolating, and overwhelming—but with the right tools and support, meaningful relief and freedom are possible. This virtual group offers a safe, steady space to build skills, confidence, and resilience while learning how to respond differently to OCD symptoms.
This group is grounded in Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), the gold-standard treatment for OCD, and combines psychoeducation, practical skill-building, and supported implementation of change. Participants will learn how OCD operates, how to interrupt compulsive cycles, and how to gradually reclaim their lives from fear and avoidance. The group format also provides connection and normalization—an essential part of healing from OCD.
Safe Harbor OCD Group Therapy is a collaborative offering between Dr. Baine Craft of Harbor Light Therapy and Trevor White of Constellation Therapy, bringing together deep expertise in psychology, clinical practice, and relational care. Together, they provide compassionate, evidence-based OCD treatment in a format that is both accessible and effective.
