When a relationship ends, the world can feel unfamiliar—like you’ve lost your map, your compass, or your sense of north. Wayfinders is a therapist-led, virtual divorce support group for adults navigating separation or divorce who need a steady light in uncertain terrain.

Meeting every Thursday at lunchtime (12 pm-1 pm), this weekly drop-in group offers structure, grounding, and shared humanity. Each session provides guided support, practical tools, and space to pause, orient, and take the next step. Feel free to try in once without pressure to commit long-term or have everything figured out.
