Boundaries

What: Many people enter therapy because they feel overwhelmed in their relationships—often from saying yes too often, struggling to speak up, or navigating patterns shaped by family or cultural expectations. This group is designed to support adults who want to build healthier, more sustainable ways of relating to others by learning how to set and maintain boundaries.

Over the course of four 90-minute sessions, we’ll cover:

  • Types of boundaries (emotional, physical, digital, etc.)

  • How family systems, culture, and trauma impact boundary setting

  • Practical communication tools for saying no and asking for what you need

  • How to handle guilt, fear, or pushback when asserting yourself

This group is open to adults across Washington (via telehealth) or in person in Seattle. It’s a good fit for individuals navigating codependency, burnout, or relational patterns that no longer serve them.
